The diagrams show changes that took place in Fenris between 1990 and 2012. Overall, Fenris became more build-up, as significant developments were carried out. A range of modern facilities, including commercial, residential, and technological infrastructures, were introduced to support urban expansion and community needs.
The area offered fewer facilities in 1990. Access to Fenris was through High Street which sits diagonally from the southwest to the northeast. In the northernwest, educational, medical, and entertainment facilities were available , such a school situated at the top left-hand side of the layout, next to the playing field with trees. Below these, bank and hospital sat beside to each other, with a hospital below from the between of these buildings. At the bottom of the map, trees were located on the left side, while shops were positioned on the right. Along the High Street, a café and park occupied a large area, situating next to the housing in the east. Facing the residential area, the theatre was built.
Since then by 2012, Fenris had undergone major changes in its layout. While the bank was replaced by a restaurant, and the library remained opposite to the newly developed technopark, which took place of the trees in southwest bottom of the map, the school, playing fields with trees and the hospital stayed in their original positions, with a bit expansion in medical care facilities. As regards for the eastern side of the High Street, heart-shaped cafe and park were converted into an oval shaped area, building hotel and golf course. There was an extension in housing are with converting houses into blocks of flats which allowed for more modern accommodation. The south-west side of the area also experienced changes, with the theatre was converted into cinema, while the shops were transformed into a supermarket.
