Many developments will be made in the town of Norbiton. It is projected that all of the factories will be removed and housing will be built. A bridge will be built passing the round about. New shops will be opened near the roundabout along with a medical center. A school will be built to the middle right hand side of the town, with the playground built next to it.
Some minor changes will also be made to the town. For example, a new, smaller roundabout will be built just below the previous one. New roads will be developed as well. The farmland will be moved to the east side of the town.
