The maps belows show the changes of an industrial zone which is called Norbiton as it is now and after refurbishment
From an overall perspective it can clearly be seen that it has more facilities in the future and will become increasingly populated.
At present, there has a roundabout surrounded by factories in the center of the map. From the east, there is a road which leads to the buildings on each side and a main road in the south. There also a river runs through the west to the east with a farmland in the north.
According to the future plans, there are new houses and stores around the roudabout that are built to replace factories. In the southeast a medical center will be constructed. There will be two new roads. A new, smaller roundabout will be built in the south, and two new roads with buildings along them will split off from the current one. There will be homes on both sides of the eastern road, a playground to the north, and a school at its terminus. To make way for homes, the agricultural land in the north will be reduced in size, and a bridge will be built to provide access to this new residential region.
