The maps illustrate an industrial area in the town of Norbiton, and future prediction for changes of the site.
Overall, it is evident that the comparison of the two maps reveals a complete transformation from a largely industrial to a mainly urban area.
It is projected to construct a bridge connecting both sides of the river including building a housing on the other side of river in the north of the main roundabout. Three factories around the main roundabout predicted to be replaced by a housing next to the new road that will be constructed in the northwest. The most noticeable development is the replacement one factory by new school in east of the main roundabout, where is also predicted to replace two factories by a housing and to build a playground on their background. Against to playground, it is planned to replace two factories with one executive housing.
Finally, planned future development depicts construction of one more smaller roundabout next to the main one to its south, where is planned to build a medical center on the right side and the shop on the left side of a new roundabout.
