Overall, in the future industrial area is forecast to convert to urban area, with new roads and buildings will be added. However, the original roundabout in the center of the city will remain intact.
The majority changes are expected to happen with the road system. New roads will be constructed to the central big roundabout in three different ways (to the north, to the west, and to the south). In the north part of the city is predicted to extend a new road which will provide citizens with farmland over the bridge,with a new big house there. In the west side of the city two factories from three are calculated to be demolished and make way for a new road with two new houses in the end and along the road. Also, in the upper left corner of the roundabout will be built a new house. Then, the opposite site in the lower left corner of the roundabout is predicted to be modernized the factory to a shop and to expand it a little bit.
As for the east side of the map, it is predicted to be converted from the factory to a school on the end of the main road to the east side. Additionally, two factories to the south side of the main road are forecast to be united into a one big house as well as a playground is predicted to be built opposite the big house. Then, two factories on either side of the new playground are expected to be changed to houses like most other houses. Finally, in the south side will be sprang up a new road, with a smaller roundabout than the original it, with a new medical center between large and small roundabout will be constructed in the corner.
