The two maps show the industrial town area in Norbiton, in its current form and its proposed expansion as a residential area.
Overall, the plan is to extend with a new entrance across the river and round the bound near the southern end. The shops, medical Center, playground, and a school are proposed to be located near the current circular turn and towards the direction of east. The factory and their areas will be converted into residential areas. Currently it consist of three factories on the left side. Other buildings were located on both sides of the road from the middle to the east.
According to the proposal, only the round the bound and the roads will be remains from the original site. Two new roads are extended, from North to circular turn across the river and towards the Northwest. Furthermore, another turning will be added at the South end. The shops and medical center will be located to the southwest and southeast respectively. At the end of the road easterly, there will be a school, while the playground positions to the left, half-length of this road
