The given map illustrates the difference in Norbiton industrial area development compared to the upgraded plan. It seems that the area near the town will be rebuilt into the newer territory, which might be more suitable for many citizens.
First of all, the river will crossable with the bridge, which could improve the business between the farmland and the town.
Second of all, the roads will be developed in much more directions. In addiction, instead of traffic lights, there will added a smaller roundabout to decrease the traffic. It seems that in the future plan, around the biggest rotary is a medical center and some shops. On the east side from the health complex is a playground which, most likely, may be connected with the school, that is at the end of the street.
Third of all, every factory will be replaced with the housing to decrease pollution, such as CO2 emissions and green house effect.
To sum up, the future cities’ plan can increase the income in this area due to landscaping: adding a number of cultural places, roadways and replacing the pollutants into the houses for living.
