This report concerns two maps presenting information regarding the urban changes happening in Norbiton.
Overall, what stands out is that the studied area is mainly industrial, whereas it is planned that it will be developed commercially, residentially, and recreationally.
Looking at the north, it is clear that a farmland is made to the north of the river, and the river runs from the northwest to the northeast of the map. In contrast, it is planned that new homes will replace the farmland which will be moved to the northeast. Also, a road and a bridge will connect the northern area to the central square will stay the same. As for the east, it is clear that all the factories on the eastern roads will be demolished, and new homes, a playground and a school are going to be created there.
Turning to the south, it is evident that a road will run from southwest towards southeast, and two new buildings will be built near the square which are new shops and a medical centre. Also, there will be a small square in the middle of the road. Regarding centre schools will be constructed.
