It is noticeable that, a bridge will be constructed to join the northern farmlands to the central area, which will have a lot of facilities.
First and foremost, essential institutions like school, medical center, and shops will be constructed. School will be constructed in the eastern part of the area, and it will be built close to the playground. Near the school and the playground, houses will be built.
To the southwest of the central roundabout, shops will be built, and to the southeast a medical center will be established. The central roundabout will be connected to another roundabout to its south. The road from central roundabout towards its north will connect the central part of the area to the northern farmlands. More houses will be built in the western part of the area as well as in the northern farmlands.
