The diagram depicts the changes of the Norbiton industrial area occurs in the future development
In general, the area is filled with more building as well as the roundabout being reconstructed.
The most notable changes we see is the demolition of the factories for the replenishment of houses and on the same scale, other various residential facilities were built.
The road was also different. from the initial one we see 1 roundabout at the center of the zone, now there are two of them with one remain at the previously mentioned spot and an extra one, smaller in size which was built on the south of the area directly on the road, besides there are also some modifications to the former roundabout which gives it more branches with one to the nothern west while the other to the north crossing the river and goes all the way to the other side. Both of the branches has the exact same end point which is a house.
Overall, the development has a significant difference for residential purposes and was further built mainly for the conveniences as well as being more accessible.
