The maps demonstrate the current layout of Norbiton town and future changes to the site.
Overall, it is planned to introduce institutional buildings like a school and a medical centre, along with a dozen of residential houses at the expense of its factories.
The current town of Norbiton is situated near a river that seperates the place from farmland. The centre of the town is a circular pathway surrounded by factories and leads to a corridor of even more factories.
The absence of many residential buildings are planned to be resolved in the near future by replacing all the factories with homes. In addition, a smaller roundabout is to be added to the southern road, as well as shops and a medical facility around the heart of the town. A bridge leading to a large residential facility next to the farmland will also be built. Finally, the factories along the east side of the town will be replaced by a children’s playground and a school near a couple of houses.
