Significant changes will occur in the central area and will replace with houses. In the north of the square the road will extend and a bridge builds over the river for some houses. In the south of the city they will build a medical center and a small square.

They will demolish the factory and redesigned it with the school in the east of area , and they also will build a playground in the northeast. The main square will remain unchanged throughout the period. They will build the shops and will expand the road in the northwest of the city. The reduction in size will happen in the farmland in the north.
