In 1980, there were a huge number of accommodations with some trees on the west and east sides. In the middle of this place two buildings – restaurant and reception – were located, with access to the pier with sailing boats.

On the eastern, there have been built pool area and apartments with extra trees on the accommodation place, which attracts more people. Across the island on the southeastern, there has been positioned a boardwalk to make comfortable for walking and an open access to pier from diving school – which is also has been built by nowadays. However, only accommodations have remained unchanged on the west with footpaths.
