In general, noticeable changes have been made to the arrangement of this venue over the period shown. Notably, the main modifications have involved the expansion of the theatre and the relocation of many facilities.
Analyzing the two maps in greater detail, in 2010, an Art Centre was situated within a square area with open air car park facing the main road. At present, an open air car park has transformed a multipurpose car park. In the proposed plan, the road has constructed in the east side for the purpose of connect road with building.
Regarding the other facilities, the theatre in the west has expanded from 200 seats to 300 seats. Moving to the south-east, art galleries have removed and a art gallery big has erected next to a theatre. Additionally, a cafe next to theatre has expanded. Finally, the cinema on the east side has relocated to south side and rebuild into three cinema rooms.
