The blueprints depict the variation in the 4 decades at Brighton College from 1970 to 2010. Some buildings were added and removed, and their locations were also changed.
Overall, the most noticeable change is the name, which was changed from Brighton College to Brighton University. Additionally, there are new buildings in the west site of the university; a coffee shop was added in the Hall of Medicine and a dormitory, and also the structure was changed. Below the coffee shop there was added the Granger School of Business.
In detail, in 1970, two buildings at the west-south site, which were placed horizontally, changed to vertical with two other buildings. In this case, we have noticed that the size of these two buildings increased, and the place for Science Hall became bigger. The dormitory, which was located in front of Science Hall, was moved down below the University Center, which made it smaller. Other buildings stood at their original places; however, the size changed a little bit.
