Overall, the park developed considerably and became far more built-up throughout this period. Moreover, it saw some changes and its infrastructure together with introduction new buildings to households.

In the initial year, the main house, cottages and Barn located on top of the map side by side. The riding path separate two sides of the map. In the near of the road large stables building is located. Moreover, the left side of the stables stayed only fence beside the field.

In the next year, main house changed to car park beside the new train line on top of the map. On the bottom of the car park stables stayed as before. Here, it was enlarged by two folds. The barn area enlarged and changed into Office book. The riding path curved to bottom of the map, in the near of the downsized fence which located in the left side of the map.
