Looking at the graph from an overall perspective, the industrial area will undergo several major changes, with the addition of various buildings to the North and East. Moreover, some modifications of specific areas and their facilities will be recorded.

On the Northern site of the building , an entrance and reception building will be replaced by a much larger building with 2-bedroom homes and a large communal garden area in the future . Moreover, the factory situated on the East site of the block will be replaced by apartments and a parking area.

On the southern side of the building, , the large office block and canteen building will be transformed into large parking garages, whereas the parking on the West will be relocated to the South in the future.
