The middle part of the village saw the most significant changes. While a large house surrounded by several trees and a baker shop were replaced by a cluster of houses, a grocery store was demolished by introducing a new café in the southwest corner between School Road and High Street. Furthermore, there was a small road connecting London Road with houses in the middle village, creating convenience and accessibility for residents.
On the left side along the School Road, while a school remained at an unchanged location for over a century, other facilities, including a butcher shop and a house, were replaced by a supermarket, a parking lot, and a bank. On the right-hand side of the village, even though the Post Office was still there, a row of new houses was built along London Road.
