In the map, we can see the illustration of the Harton’s modernize from the previously 2008 to 2016. One significant change is replacement buildings and demolished structures.
One of the biggest changes is the expansion of the industrial complex. We can see, that in the 2008 Industrial complex was unnoticeable, but in the 2016 there’s significant difference of the construction. Although, of the results of extend, residential area in the south part was removed, besides Woodland considerably has demolished some of the parts of itself and in place of it, we can see the replacement for lake to the pond. Over the period, School remained unchanged.
It can be seen that Residential area on the west-south got replaced in 2016 by shopping centre like an Aris centre next to it, changed to multi-screen cinema. Old town was swapped to office and got major negative changes in size, so the University was constructed nearby. Car park became a replacement to a Deredict warehouses, and the river remained without any changes.
In summary, the area underwent significant changes, most notably on the South-East side of the map but there’s also minor changes on West-borth.
