The maps illustrate the changes of an art gallery from 2005 to present day.
Broadly, the art gallery exhibited minimal alteration, maintaining its original structure and a part of room use throughout the period.
In 2005, 3 exhibition rooms were built and remained unchanged on the right of the building until now. In the present day, the stairs have stayed in the same place to the North of the building as 2005. A lift has been installed next to the stairs nowadays to make it convenient for disabled people. In contrast to 1980, when the room at the corner was a cafe shop, it has now been replaced by the gallery office.
In the centre of the art gallery, there are minimal changes in this part of the building over the period. The entrance has been in the middle front of the building from 2005 to now. The reception table was moved a bit closer to the middle of exhibition room 1 and 2. The large exhibition 4 on the left of the entrance has been replaced by a temporary exhibition and children’s area. In front of the building a ramp for wheelchairs was installed right opposite to the children’s area. In the present, a gallery office has been vacated for a vending machine which is next to the temporary exhibition room.
