Overall, it can be observed that this town has undergone changes in order to create more commercial, residential and recreational buildings. Additionally, all public amenities remained in place.
Beginning with the north-western half of the village, with respect to the houses and trees around the lake, they were replaced with new apartments. Likewise, the south-western of the town where supermarkets, apartment buildings and roads have been constructed to substitute the rural area.
Moving onto the north-eastern of the village where some trees and houses above the school are demolished in order to airport is erected. Similarly, the houses and trees below the school are removed and there are no amenities in this area. Furthermore, the south-east where the countryside is converted into a manufacturing facility. Concurrently, a ferry is built in the southeast corner whereas the railway line is extended along the coast.
