Overall, the town underwent a number of significant changes, the most important of which is the planting of trees and the addition of some amenities, transformed a primarily industrial areas to more developed and more environmentally-friendly.
In the north-west of the town, while the school and the convention center had remained intact, the swimming pool had been built at the expense of most of an industrial area. In addition in the same place, a lake and some trees were adjacent to the industrial area remained after 6 years. There were more newly-added rooms in the heart of the town, catering for the increase in the population of this location.
In the southern part, there used to was a huge industrial area, but it had then been redeveloped into a new position for numerous treers. Furthermore, a university building had been added, which was in close proximity to rooms. Finnally, from the north-east to the south-east of the town had seen a number of changes, with a harbour had been erected, it was midway between a swimming pool and sea.
