The given map illustrates the development that occurred at the sea coast resort of Templeton between 2000 and 2013.
Overall, it is readily apparent that the seaside resort has become a more industrial and commercial landscape, with numerous trees being cut down and houses being knocked down.
In 2000, on the left side of the roads running along the sea, there were several houses. However, during the next 13 years, all the houses were knocked down and replaced with blocks of flats and a supermarket, with a new road running across them. Likewise, at the top left, the lake, which was previously surrounded by trees and houses, was encircled by fewer skyscrapers. On the east side of the river that runs through the middle of the resort, there was a construction of an airfield, a factory, and a new railway that extended from the station, running along the sea. Interestingly, in 2013, there was a ferry at the bottom left corner of the map.
