Overall, it can be seen that over the period forests were cut down and instead of this offices and resorts were built. Apart from that, fields were converted into departmental stores and apartments.

In 1970, forest areas were seen in the middle of the Shelby Village and paths were situated in the center of the forests. Moreover, fields were shown in the southwest and southeast corner of the Shelby village. Also, besides the fields houses were build.

By 1990, some forest parts were removed and resorts on the east side. However, there were concrete roads constructed in the centre of the village, which spread in all directions. Additionally, apartments were built for citizens in the southwest corner.

In 2010, a concrete road was built in the whole village. On the west side, offices were built and new housing areas were built just behind the apartments on the southwest side. Furthermore, the departmental store was situated at the bottom of the southeast side.
