The two maps illustrate various changes healthcare area has undergone from 2005 to present.

As can be seen from the plans, the health centre has witnessed dramatic changes both outdoors and indoors over the given period.

The removal and modernization of some facilities has been witnessed inside health centre. Anotable change is that the entrance has been relocated to the west wing of buiding. On the left side, the office has its size reduces to commodate a new reception desk and children’s play area opposite the entrance. On the right and bottom side, the consulting rooms has been smaller and increased from three to 4 rooms. This has the waitting room expanded with the increased number of seats . In addtion, a minor operations room has been erected adjacent to physiotheraoy room which is located in the top right-hand corner.

There are also senveral change outside of the centre. The previous capacity of car parking which has 12 spaces now expanded to 30 spaces. Meanwhile, the garden which is placed at behind of building has been shranked to developed size of car parking.
