The maps compare the conditions of a university campus today to those of the planned development.
Overall, the college has undergone substantial expansion and modernisation, including the addition of new facilities. While the staff room and administrative offices will be retained, new amenities will be included.
At present, the campus features administrative offices, a car park and sports fields in the western section, while the central area contains ten teaching rooms, arranged in two parralel rows with a corridor laying in-between them. A line of trees stands alongside the teaching area, with a staff room to the south.
Under the proposed plan, the car park will be replaced by a cafe and a library positioned vertically, and a sports fields will be adjacent to the sports hall, chiefly due to its reduction in size. The most notable redevelopment will occur to the east, with the number of teaching areas increasing to 12. Moreover, an addition of another corridor and an entrance will be possible via the clearence of the trees, while a block of three labs and a computer room will occur the east. Despite these shifts, administrative offices and staff rooms will remain in their existing positions.
