The pictures illustrate the laout of north avenue at present, as well as proposed plan. Overall, the avenue underwent significant changes in the northern part to make residential, while southern part changed more, with the addition of socializing facilities
At present, there are two car parks in northern corners. Between these car parks cinema is located. In the southern part of the avenue, there is exhibition after the high street on the left corner, near the council officers, while on the right corner, shopping center and library positioned parrell before the Smith street, in front of the town hall.
According to future plan, both parking facilities are aimed to demolish to make space for cafe and hotel & restaurant. The cinema will be remained intake. The exhibition will be shortened, and relocated to right corner. Council officers will be relocated to left corner instead of exhibition, and underground library will be constructed. The town hall is aimed to renovate, by adding underground car parking. both streets and shopping centre will be remained unchanged.
