The car park that people usually use to park their car while they are attending places Like cinema or the shopping centre will be change. There are two sides of it. One that next to High Street or the one that next to Smith Street. New Cafe will be build to replace the car park that near the High Street. On the other hand, a hotel and restaurant will build to replace the car park near the Smith Street. The council offices will be move right next to the High Street to replace exhibition. While the exhibition move to infront of the shopping centre, the library will be place next to council officer.
Car park is a place that have such an important role when we are visiting a place. Some people bring their own transportation and need a place to park it. That is why the car park that before in there And got replace moved to underground the town hall. We may see a place that before the changing not really alive become more useful. Like changing the function of parking lot to a place where people can meet daily.
The future North avenue gave a big opportunities to make it more useful. The changing also offers economic increase. Hotel and restaurants will make so much money, especially in holiday season. Placing exhibition infront of shopping centre is a smart move. Most of people love to go to the shopping centre and they usually think that exhibition is boring so they just gonna ignore it. But if the will build it infront of the shopping mall people will more notice it. So that the exhibition will get notice more. All the changes will give the North Avenue big improvement in the future.
