The given maps depict information about the structural design of a certain art gallery located in Australia in two distinct years, i.e., 1950 and now.
Overall, the maps illustrate signicant changes occured in the design of the same art gallery over a period of nearly one century. Major addition of distinct sections like restroom, art school for kids, australian aboriginal art and space for asian art has been made till now. On the other hand, the entry gate, bookshop and sculpture sections remained in same sections.
The entry gate of the art gallery happens to be the same middle area over the period whilst, a new space for asian art is created in the bottom right corner of the room. Similarly, the location of temporary exhibition, early and middle european art remained unchanged till the date. Additionally, the space for the sculpture and arts lies right infront of the entry gate over the years. Meanwhile, a spacious region for fostering childrens’ art and Australian Aboriginal Art is created as of now.
