The map illustrates how a university library changed from 2005 to the present day.
Overall, the library has undergone significant modernization. While the earlier layout mainly focused on bookshelves and traditional study areas, the current design prioritizes technology, private study spaces, and self-service facilities.
In 2005, bookshelves occupied most of the library, running along the walls and across the central area. There were several study tables in the middle of the room. On the right hand-side, a desk with computers were available for students, alongside a library office. In addition, a book borrowing and returns desl was situated near the centre.
Today, the loyaut has been completely redesigned. Many bookshelves have been removed, although one large bookshelf remains at the top of the library. the former borrowing desk and library office have been replaced by automated book-borrowing machines on the left side. The central area now contains private study desks, offering quiter individual spaces. Furthermore, desks for student laptop have been installed along the right and bottom sides of the library.
