The maps illustrate the changes of a public building over different periods of time.
Overall, the building underwent a number of dramatic changes, the most important of which are the redesign of functional areas, with the history reading room being converted into the meeting room and then replaced by the theatre in the present.
In the first period, the public building was the history reading room with the basic design, including a small kitchen in the bottom-left corner. Outside the room, there were a large garden and two roads, which covered four sides of the room. In the second period, although the history reading room was converted into the meeting room, the position of roads remained unchanged. The meeting room was extended, with the creation of the hall inside and the replacement of the kitchen layout. As a result, the garden was reduced in size.
In the last period, the design replaced the meeting room by the theatre. While the plan consistently retained two roads, a garden was cleared to make way for other areas. The map also saw a number of significant changes, with a kitchen being turned into an office and a meeting room being altered into a seating place. Meanwhile, the position of the hall remained unchanged. In addition, the inside area was expanded upward, with the addition of an empty room and a dressing room, respectively. On the right side in the theatre, there was a vertical garage, catering for parking needs.
