Overall, the building underwent significant expansions and functional changes, successively serving as a history reading room, a meeting room and a theater. Concurrently, it is also noticeable that the garden was progressively reduced before being completely replaced by other constructions.
From 198X to 19XX, the structure occupies only the bottom-left corner, right next to an intersection of Road A and Road B. The interior included a history reading room with a small kitchen in the corner. The building’s entrance is located in Road A, whereas the vast majority of remaining land is used as a garden.
During the period between 19XX and 19XX, the construction was expanded to the north, notably minimising the garden’s area. The facility was converted into a meeting spot, with a center hall adjacent to a distinct meeting room. Additionally, the entrance was relocated to Road B while the kitchen was shifted and enlarged.
From 19XX to present, this building was repurposed as a theater, resulting in the total clearance of the garden. Premises now consist of a hall connected with a seating area, two smaller rooms at the back, including a dressing room. Besides, an office was built where the kitchen once stood, and a garage was constructed along the eastern boundary, while the entrance at Road B remained unchanged.
