Currently, in a shopping mall we have greenbelt such as golf course in the northeast of mall and park exactly in the east of it. Car park is in front of entrance, beside the carpark fitness center is situated. The shopping mall consists of play area, noodle shop and cinema in the north of southside, and cafe opposite department store, supermarket and toilets.
According to the proposal, just supermarket, toilets and entrance will remain unchanged. The golf course and park will be destroyed because of extention the mall. With demolish of fitness center, the car park will be enlarged. Inside the mall cafe will repurposed in to information center . New plan will create more space for department store, yet it will have its seprate entrance. Beauty salon,fashion stores, shoe stores will be added as well as cosmetic store.
