The development plan of a shopping mall is shown along with the current plan. The development plan shows redesigned spaces with additional amenities.

Overall, it can be seen that the outdoor activities are reduced and the shopping mall space is increased inorder to make optimum use of the space and programs.

Currently, the plan has south side entrance facing the cafe as one moves forward the north side of the mall has eatery and entertainment zones like play area and cinemas. Moreover, there are fashion zones named as department store in the east of the building. Furthermore, there are washrooms for both men and women besides the supermarket, which is to the right of the entrance. The outdoor spaces consists of well developed golf course and park. There is a fitness center opposite the entrance of the shopping mall.

In the proposed plan, it is evident that the supermarket and washrooms are retained. However, the entertainment and eatery zones are replaced with stores like gift, shoe, and beauty stores. The cafe is replaced as info center. Additionally, the department store is expanded well and the fitness center is demolished to increase the parking area.
