Overall, it’s clear that the plan is to expand the centre to allow more shops a greater focus on fashion.

Only a few areas still remain in Southside, such as the position of entrance gate and supermarket. The rest part of Southside will change. As it can be seen, Southside has golf course area and park in the east. However, they will be demolished and replaced with a larger area of department store. There exists a café in the west, whereas it will be built an information centre in the future. In the north, there exists play area, noodle shop and cinemas. However, the northern area will be expanded into some shops, for instance beauty salon, shoe stores, cosmetics store, and gift shop. In the future, since there might be higher demand of shopping, Southside provides several fashion stores next to the supermarket.
