Overall, the mall will undergo extensive redevelopments, with several facilities enlarged or replaced. However, the original entrance will be preserved in the future period.
Regarding new modifications and developments, the mall itself will be expanded. A golf course and the park in the east will be replaced by a new department store, which is attached to the former mall and will have its own access entrance in the south. The cafe just straight to the mall entrance will be transformed into an info centre counter. The northern section, where a play area, a noodle shop, and cinemas used to be, will be converted into more stores such as shoe stores, a cosmetic store, a gift shop, and a beauty salon. In addition, fashion stores will be added in the south-east corner section of the mall. Notably, to the south of the mall, the car park will be extended to the east, taking the place of a fitness centre.
In terms of unchanged structures, the supermarket and restroom close to the entrance will be retained, as well as the former entrance of the mall.
