Overall, the office building will undergo several changes, including the addition of new areas and chairs. However, most of these will come at the cost of grassy areas.
A new outdoor seating area will be built in the top-left corner of the building, while three chairs are planned to be located in the bottom-left corner. Meanwhile, a new coffee machine is to be installed in the top-right corner of the building, whereas a meeting area and two chairs are planned for the bottom-right corner. All of these developments will result in the disappearance of grassy areas that occupy the left and right sides of the building.
There are three rooms in the middle-top side of the building: the kitchen is in the left room, the storeroom is in the right room, and the canteen is in the middle room. While the storeroom will remain unchanged, the other two rooms will be replaced by office rooms. On the opposite side of these rooms, the four existing office rooms will be merged into two larger office rooms. WCs located beneath the storeroom will be moved to the top-right corner of the building.
