Overall, the Paradise Island has witnessed significant developments. With the most noticeable is the replacements of some facilities and new buildings covering all the plants.
In the north-west of the island, scientific lookout and cafe have been established while the natural spring and the rock still existed. In center of the island, the trees have been cut down for new buildings. That new ones are the open restaurant and the BBQ area next to it. Moreover, cycle path in the south-east has been erected around everywhere of the island.
The opposite side of the open restaurant is hotel complex which has been replaced with the scientific research station in the past. On the top of this hotel is a new swimming pool. In the north-eastern part of island, beach has recently been appeared to use for swimming. Now, the pier has been developed remarkably.
