After analyzing the map, it can be seen that in 1990, on one side of the road, a transport depot was located on the western side of the map; two factories were built in close proximity to the five homes and a small park on the east side. However, in the present, the transport depot has been demolished and replaced by trees, the homes have decreased to three in number, a community center has been built, and the park has become larger with a mini golf course in it.
Furthermore, on the other side of the road, the factories that were built in 1990 were redeveloped as blocks of flats and relocated to the southeast side in the present. The cafe was converted into a restaurant with tables and chairs on the southwest side of the map. The waterfront and river are as they were back in 1990.
