The line graph illustrates the the number of meals eaten in fast food restaurants and sit down restaurants between 1970 and 2000. In this graph, you can see the differencies between Fast Food restaurant and Sitdown restaurant about number of meals.
Firstly, both blue and yellow lines started at the same point. It means that, in 1970 people prefered both Fast food and sitdown resturants. Althrought , in 1970s, count of meals which was eaten in sitdown restaurants had been increased unlike fast Food restaurants. In 1985, blue line and yellow line crossed again, showing that the number people who eats fast food meals and sitdown restaurant meals was the same. It’s the last crossing, because after 1985, the number of fast food meals ahd been increased rapidly and reached 90 meals per year in 2000s. However, the number of sitdown restaurant meals increased very low and couldn’t reached even 50 meals per year.
Overall, the number of meals eaten in fast food restaurants and sitdown restaurants had been increased compared to 1970. But according to the line graph, fast food meals became even more popular than sitdown restaurant meals.
