The biggest percentage of employers was in Wales in both the given years, while the least percentage of employers was in Scotland and Northem Ireland. There was a big difference in the proportion part-time labourers in Scotland between 1980 and 2010.
In term of Wales and Ireland, they shared a similar negligible difference between the given years. In Wales the proportion of part-time employers was relatively high in both given period, standing nearly 32% in 1980 and 35% in 2010, respectively. Furthermore, in Northem Ireland the rate in 1980 was higher than the percentage in 2010, at about 12% and 15%.
