The graph presents the proportion of part-time workers of the United Kingdom from 1980 to 2010.
Overall, the percentage of part-time workers increased slightly in Wales and England for both years, which reverse was true for Northern Ireland and Scotland where they’ve got lower prportions than former countries.
First of all, percentage of workers in Wales had 30 percent, but it hits the greatest trend in 2010, reaching almost 35 percent. Meanwhile, proportion of part-time workers in England was nearly 25 percent in 1980, but after that in 2010 this percentage marginally increased to 30 percent.
However, trends in Scotland were obviously on lower stances, especially in 1980 with 10 percents of part-time workers, but it eventually increased in 2010 right to 20 percent. State in Northern Ireland in contrast to Scotland had almost 15 percent of people with part-time job, but in 2010 this trend dropped lower to approximately 12 percent.
