The diagram illustrates how clothing is made of plastic bottles.
From an overall perspective, it is evident that the linear process requires machinery involvement, encompassing several stages, beginning with the collection of old bottles and ending with fabric-made clothing.
The process commences when bottles of all sizes are collected and brought to plants by truck where they go through all further production stages. The first stage inside the factory is the classification of delivered bottles. Once sorted, they are cut by a special machine, followed by the purification step. Cleaned product then experiences the drying procedure for ten hours prior to boiling. In the subsequent stage, boiled goods are turned into plastic pellets to be strained after which they become colourful yarn. As soon as the threads are ready, they are used to weave fabrics which are rolled into sheets or filaments. The process culminates when end products such as T-shirts are sewed from the rolled material.
