Overall, this plan is designed to make it easily understandable for the general public. This design plan includes locations of two stairways, three routes of exit, an elevator, and exact positions of fire hose and fire alarm if there are any.
The plan consists of three exit routes. If one is at the marked location, he/she can easily exit the building using the closest stair named Stair 2. However, when this path might be impossible to get into during an emergency, there are two alternative paths. One exit is at the end of the long corridor marked as Stair 1. Another one is at the left of the same corridor. One important thing to note is that these stairs do not have access to the roof. While one may use the elevator beside Stair 1 to get out quickly, it is strictly prohibited to use it during any fire emergency. Moreover, fire department dialing 911 should be called at a time of such emergency.
