It is clear that, the basement consists of many features, two stairways towards to ends of the facility, whereas there is also an elevator to left, although it cannot be used durting fire evacuation.

Looking at the layout in more detail, the “You are here” sign is to the left of the facility near the stair 2, which has no roof access.. The exit routes are given with arrows which goes through the passageway. Elevator is located in the left bottom corner, it cannot be used during fire. The stairways can be used to exit, one of the stairway is located in the left of the facility and the another one towards the right end. The stair 1 is to the further right side of the basement, which has no roof access..

Moving on to the safety features, two fire hose stations and two fire alarm pull stations are positioned along the corridor, instructions are given that the alarm uswed horns and flashing lights.
