Overall, it can be observed that the highest percentage of the state budget was spent on agriculture sector and the least was spent on diary sector.
It can be witnessed from the chart that 59% of the budget was spent on agriculture emphasizes the fact that the government was focused more on farming than any other sector. 6% of the budget was spent on diary, 9% each for roads and electricity. Whereas, the rest 17% of the budget was spent on other miscellaneous sectors.
In accordance to the data, surprisingly less than a fifth of the total budget is spent on roads and electricity combined. The government was focused more on spending money to provide food to everyone than on infrastructural development.
