Overall, it can be seen that employers at 21-30 age are the most common group, whereas employers under 21 are the least common group.
According to the pie charts, the most significant increase was seen in the 21-30 age group, which rose considerably from 23% in 2015 to 33% in 2020. A similar upward trend occurred among 41-50-year-olds, whose share grew by only 9%, starting from 19% at the beginning to 28% at the end of the period.
Turning to the decreased trends,the proportion of 31-40-year-olds fell sharply from 21% to 11% . Next changes were seen with employers over 50 years, their proportion dropped noticeably from 23% in 2015 to 16% in 2020. In contrast, the least marked decline occurred at the under 21 age group, whose share decreased just by 2%, from 14% to 12%.
