In the average diet, carbohydrates account for 40% and protein is 40%, which is similar with carbohydrates. In addition, it this category fat accounts for 20%. In a healthy diet, carbohydrates constitutes 50%, which is half of charts. Also, protein accounts for 30% and fat is 20%, which remains constant in both charts.
In the healthy diet for sport, carbonhydrates constitute 60% which is more than half. Fat make up 15%,which is the smallest segment in the healthy diet for sport, and protein is 25%, which is a quarter of the chart.
