Fat makes up the smallest portion of the diet, representing one-fifth of the total. A similar amount of fat is associated with healthy food intake, at only 20%, making it the smallest of all. Carbohydrates constitute half of the total food consumption. The remaining proportion, 30%, is represented by protein.
In terms of personalized healthy eating habits for sport, carbohydrates represent the dominant share, at 60%, significantly surpassing the other categories. While protein intake has occupied a quarter of the total, fat accounts for only 15%
