The pie chart is dipicting a biefurcation of members of four parties alongwith non-affiliated associates in a congress of country X after the elections.
Ovearall, the composition of parties namely: Prosperity, Progress, Unity, Liberty, and Unaffiliated members shows a clear dominance of Prosperity party leading with 36% majority followed by Progress party at 24%.
It is visible that both the dominating parties Prosperity and Progress, collectively holds 60% majority in the congress. while the others are 40%, if combined together. This also shows that if either of the two parites opt to lead separately, they need to collaborate with either Unity or Liberty. However, for Progress, they might need to seek representation of both Unity and Liberty to claim dominance at 57%.
The coalliation of Unity, Liberty, and unaffiliated members can also form a powerful block of 40% majority holders, and can become a strong opposition. However, none of them can form any separate formation without making a participative move with any of the two majority stake holders which are Prosperity and Progress.
